The cost of buying new cartridges all the time makes the owners start thinking of alternative printers like buying HP Laserjet which uses toner ink (Lasts longer than the former). So in this tutorial, am going to teach you how to refill HP Deskjet Ink cartridge (i.e. liquid ink cartridge).
- Printer can be used at all time without waiting till a new cartridge is bought provided you have your refilling kits…e.t.c…..
- Reduces the stress of going to the market looking for your exact printer cartridge.
- Reduces Cost.
- Refilling Ink (Sometimes consists of its refilling syringe).
- Tissue or any cotton/absorbing material..
PROCEDURES ON HOW TO REFILL HP INK CARTRIDGES:
Firstly, you have to bring out the cartridge carefully with respect to the location of your printer cartridge.
To refill hp ink cartridge, vigorously shake the refilling Ink (this is the refilling ink you bought not the cartridge itself), then with the syringe collect minimum amount of Ink , remember not to take excess of it.
Using your refilling syringe, detect the opening to where the ink will be injected, then inject it slowly/gently till the syringe gets empty.
If you can’t detect the opening with the syringe, then remove the hp seal which you see directing on top of the cartridge, then you will see the opening, this will help you refill the hp cartridge.
Shake the refilled cartridge very well to make sure the ink is well circulated within the cartridge.
Finally, put back the cartridge in the printer, then print a test page.
